This is the first of four beadwork pieces made for The Cradleboard Project. This piece will be inlaid into the top of a Cradleboard. Black represents fall. This is a Maple Leaf. I have completed three other pieces. The Cradleboard Beadwork Summer Crane red background with a Blue Crane. The Cradleboard Beadwork Spring Butterfly has yellow background with a Monarch Butterfly. The Cradleboard Beadwork Winter Cardinal it is white with a Cardinal. Each piece is ten inches in diameter.
